R-GA Phil Gingrey Illegal Homestead Exemption
Phil Gingrey, R-GA has been found to have dual Homestead Exemptions. One in DC, and one here in GA.

Gingrey claims, he may have inadvertently claimed the homestead by accident according to WSB. Remember, Dr. Gingrey, ignorance is no excuse.
However, WSB is reporting that DC has claimed it was their fault, but they want the 4 years worth of tax savings back.
Over $500 per year was saved by Gingrey by this “mistake.”
